No gaskets are supplied only bolts and nuts so be sure to keep your old ones OR to source a new set prior to fitting this system. What “Direct-Fit” Means When we say Direct-Fit, we mean this system is designed to bolt or clamp straight onto your vehicle using the original mounting points — no cutting, welding, or modifications required. This system replaces your middle and rear sections as one complete unit. We do not sell this system as separate parts. Factory/OEM silencers contain chambers & baffles to reduce noise — this slows the gas speed and increases back-pressure. Our systems remove these internal restrictions → improving exhaust velocity & engine breathing → resulting in measurable performance gains. Tips When Fitting Professional fitting is recommended for best alignment and long-term results. • Do not remove your existing system until your new exhaust has arrived and has been checked against your vehicle. • Always lay the new system next to the existing system to visually compare lengths, hanger positions and pipe routing before cutting anything. • Ensure the vehicle is level when fitting — not half-raised on one side. Fitting at an angle can cause poor alignment, tailpipe twist, leaks and stress points. • Loosely assemble all joints first — do not fully tighten clamps until the entire system is lined up, supported and sitting naturally in position. • Once aligned, tighten clamps from front to back to avoid twist and movement. • After initial fitting, re-check clamp tightness after a short drive — stainless steel expands and seats itself once heat cycled. • We ship using third-party couriers, so delivery times can vary — please do not book workshop labour until you physically have the exhaust in your possession.
