Our Balmoral Post Head Lanterns are hand made in Solid Brass and Copper, they are suited to the larger Period house and the Balmoral Wall Lantern [also avaliable] is adorn the private staircase of the Queens Enclosure at Guards Polo Club, Ascot. It is constructed from solid brass which will never rot or rust. The Antique finish will look as if it has tarnished for years and also requires no maintenance. This light fitting is individually hand-crafted, assembled and finished. In view of this, slight differences in colour and detail may occur between fittings. It will also age and mellow with time and in particular if you are purchasing several fittings over a length of time you should expect different patinas on older and newer fittings. The assembly is commonly hand-soldered and there may be an amount of solder visible in the joints.
