Edwardian style Espagnolette (or Cremone) bolt with attractive double stepped oval knob. The bolts are crafted from solid brass and suit doors up to 9ft (2.74m) in height. Both lower and upper bolts are 4.1/2ft (1330mm) long and can be cut down to suit height of your door and the desired position of the knob. If your doors are 9ft tall in which case the body will be central to the height. Being full height this type of bolt does help to prevent the door from warping and so should help to reduce draughts. This bolt will look striking when fitted as a pair on double doors and will also suit internally opening windows. This range offers an affordable alternative to our Premium English-made cremone bolts. While not designed for heavy-duty use or modern sealing systems, it performs perfectly well in traditional domestic settings with lighter doors and occasional use. Complete with keeps, strikers (flat & angled) and screws.
