Bakelite Ball Door Knobs on Palais Latchplate Black

A pair of vintage-style real Bakelite plain ball-shaped Door Knobs complete with fan-top Deco back-plates. Complete with 5/16" spindle so it should fit some old latches as well as new ones. Grub screws and wood screws are also supplied. The back plate and the knob can be purchased separately if required. Pairs of handles or knobs are complete with a 5/16" (7.9mm) square spindle so they should fit some old locks as well as new ones. You may have a 7.6mm spindle in the old lock, in which case the square hole in the lock can be filed out to 7.9mm with a sharp square file. The necessary slotted grub screws for the spindle and slotted wood screws for the plates are also supplied. The door knobs & handles are interchangeable on all the Brolite backplates, so you can order the parts individually if necessary.
